The Need
OD Transport is a bulk road haulage business, that wanted an urgent upgrade to their old Joomla website, which was over 10 years old. It was beginning to look too dated and was generating a lot errors, that could not be fixed.
The Solution
Since the information on the site would not be updated regularly, it was decided to forgo the use of a page builder, which tend to slowing down sites, and opt for the use of the native WordPress Gutenberg Editor to build a faster Google friendly website.
The new OD Transport website has a contemporary design, to bring the website more into line with modern standards, as well as to meet expectations of prospective customers.
The new design is also ‘responsive’, that is, able to respond to being viewed on different screen sizes, such as phones and tablets, so that the viewing experience on those devices would not be frustrating for visitors.
